The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. CoParent Counseling is not a healthcare provider or legal service. You should always consult with qualified professionals regarding your specific needs.
3. Professional Listings
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and compliance with applicable laws, licenses, and ethical standards. CoParent Counseling does not verify credentials or make guarantees about availability or service quality. Users are encouraged to independently verify qualifications.
4. Content
You may encounter content generated by users or professionals. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party content and reserve the right to remove content that violates our standards or policies.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Professionals who list on our platform may be subject to recurring subscription fees. All payments are managed securely through third-party processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to our policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@coparentcounseling.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
CoParent Counseling is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, loss of income, emotional distress, or damages related to reliance on professional services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court where applicable.
