Where applicable, Visit Proof may act as a Business Associate under HIPAA for services involving health professionals. In such cases, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will apply and govern the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI). Visit Proof does not provide medical care.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

If you are a counselor or professional listed on CoParent Counseling, additional data (e.g., credentials, session history, and communications) may be stored in accordance with our Terms and your signed agreement. You may access, update, or request deletion of your data by contacting support or accessing your dashboard.
